Order Cancellations If you would like to cancel an order, please e-mail us or call us at 909-478-0308. If you call to cancel your order, and we already shipped the dress, then we can only issue you an exchange. If we cannot get you the dress you desire by your "Wear Date" we will notify you as soon as possible. RETURNS - (for EXCHANGE only) -We don't issue refunds, just exchanges. You can only exchange an item within 48 Hours of the day you received your order. We guarantee your satisfaction..... In case that you need to return a dress: (for an exchange only) A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", shall have tags attached and no signs of wear! Or odors like smoke or perfume. B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by e-mail and the garment "shipped back" (post marked) within 2 days of "receiving" it, at the customers expense. C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package. D. Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name, address, e mail (very important!) and a note stating the problem. Important: please note: Additional shipping charges will occur. We do not issue "Refunds", only exchanges. You need to email or call us within 24 to 48 hours to let us know that you need to exchange the dress, after that email or call you need to ship the dress back to get the exchange. The dress has to be back with us within 1 week from the moment you go it. You cannot keep the dress for many days and then decide to send it back.
